Support
The fastest way: ask from inside the app
Open Settings → Support in the app and send us a message. Requests raised in the app can include a diagnostics report — your app version, device model and recent activity — which usually lets us help you in one reply instead of three.
You see exactly what is sent before you send it, and it never includes your API keys or credentials. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Getting started
Getting startedConnect your first cloud account with an API credential — no sign-up — and find your way around.
Connecting and managing your cloud accountsAdd a cloud account with an API credential, switch between accounts, and manage or remove them — all stored only on your device.
Choosing your tabsPromote up to three services to their own tabs, globally or per connection, so the ones you use are one tap away.
Regions and favouritesStar the regions you use so they appear in the region bar on every resource screen — and how the AWS background scan uses them.
Connecting each provider
Connecting Amazon Web ServicesCreate an IAM access key and paste the key id and secret. AWS permissions are set on the key, not with a toggle.
Connecting Microsoft AzureRegister an app (service principal), create a client secret, and assign it a Reader role — then paste the four ids.
Connecting Google CloudCreate a service-account key and paste the JSON (or its fields). Google Cloud permissions come from the role you grant.
Connecting HetznerWhat to paste to connect a Hetzner account, and the extra credentials for object storage and dedicated servers.
Connecting DigitalOceanCreate a DigitalOcean personal access token and paste it to connect — one token covers everything, including Spaces.
Connecting LinodeCreate a Linode personal access token and paste it — one token covers compute and object storage.
Connecting VultrCreate a Vultr API key (enable the API and allowlist your IP), and add Object Storage keys separately.
Connecting ContaboContabo uses four OAuth2 values — client id and secret plus an API user and password. Here's where to find them.
Servers
Creating a cloud serverWalk through the create-server wizard — name, location, type, image and SSH keys — and where the root password comes from.
Managing a server: power, backups and morePower a server on or off, watch its metrics, manage backups and rescue mode, and delete it — from the server detail screen.
Dedicated (bare-metal) serversOrder a bare-metal server through the itemized-confirmation flow, then reboot it or put it into rescue mode.
SnapshotsRestore a server from a snapshot or delete snapshots you no longer need — and where snapshots are created.
SSH keysAdd the SSH public keys the create-server wizard offers, so new servers are reachable without a root password.
Storage
Working with block-storage volumesCreate volumes, attach or detach them from servers, and delete the ones you no longer need.
Browsing and managing object storageOpen a bucket to browse its folders and files, then upload, download, or delete — plus the few details that differ by provider.
Networking
Managing DNS zones and recordsBrowse your DNS zones, open one to see its records, and add, edit, or delete records on a read/write connection.
Firewalls and security groupsView firewalls, edit their rules, and apply them to servers and other targets — with the differences between stateful and stateless providers explained.
Floating IPsCreate floating IPs and move them between servers, so an address can follow your workload.
Load balancersCreate a load balancer, then manage the services it listens on and the targets it sends traffic to.
Private networks (VPCs)Create private networks for your servers to talk to each other, and remove ones you no longer need.
Databases & Kubernetes
Managed databasesView your managed database instances and, where the provider supports it, open one for details.
Kubernetes clustersView your managed Kubernetes clusters and, where supported, get a cluster's kubeconfig to connect with kubectl.
Costs, plans and privacy
Estimated monthly costHow the Hetzner cost estimate is calculated, and why it's a ballpark rather than your invoice.
Account balanceSee your provider account balance, where the provider exposes one — and where to go for invoices.
Plans and purchasesWhat the free tier includes, how provider slots and the Unlimited bundle work, and how to restore purchases.
App lock and your PINHow the app PIN protects your stored credentials, and how to change it.
Your data and privacyWhat stays on your device, what's sent only when you contact support, and how to request deletion of your support data.
