Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Nuverian (the "App"), provided by Wonnetix LLC. By accepting these Terms you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, you may not use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is a client for managing cloud infrastructure accounts you already hold with third-party providers (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr and Contabo). It connects directly from your device to those providers' public APIs using credentials you supply.
Wonnetix LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any of those providers. All provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services the App connects to.
3. Your credentials are your responsibility
The App stores the credentials you enter in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and sends them only to the provider they belong to. They are never transmitted to Wonnetix LLC or to any third party.
You remain solely responsible for:
- The scope and permissions of the credentials you create. You choose whether a key is read-only or read-write, and which resources it can reach. The App cannot restrict a credential beyond what the provider allows.
- Rotating and revoking credentials, including after losing a device or uninstalling the App.
- Everything done with those credentials, whether through the App or otherwise.
- The security of your device, including keeping it updated and protected by a passcode or biometric lock.
The App offers an in-app PIN and biometric lock. This is an additional convenience and not a substitute for device-level security.
4. You are responsible for what you provision and what it costs
The App can create, modify and delete real infrastructure in your cloud accounts, and doing so incurs real charges billed to you by your provider.
- You are solely responsible for all charges arising from resources created, kept running, or modified through the App.
- Cost figures shown in the App are estimates derived from provider pricing data. They may be incomplete or out of date, may exclude taxes, discounts, committed-use pricing, egress and other charges, and must not be relied on for budgeting. Your provider's invoice is the only authoritative statement of what you owe.
- Deleting a resource is generally irreversible and may result in permanent data loss. Confirm destructive actions carefully.
5. Accuracy of displayed information
The App displays information reported by your providers' APIs. That information may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or unavailable. Where the App and your provider's own console disagree, the provider's console is authoritative.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to access accounts or resources you are not authorised to access, to breach any provider's own terms, or for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to extract credentials from the App or interfere with its operation on devices you do not control.
7. Purchases
The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases that unlock additional capacity. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; Wonnetix LLC does not receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by the relevant store according to its policy.
8. Availability and changes
The App is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. Features may change or be withdrawn. Third-party provider APIs may change or become unavailable, which may break functionality through no fault of Wonnetix LLC.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Wonnetix LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonnetix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any charges incurred with a cloud provider, arising out of or relating to your use of the App — whether or not Wonnetix LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonnetix LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the total amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wonnetix LLC against claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms or of any third-party provider's terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Where changes are material you will be asked to accept the updated version before continuing to use the App.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
